  9. 50 Dumpling Wrapper

  10. [1 tbsp of Dashi Powder or Chicken Powder]

Pork Dumpling

  1. 1.5 lb Ground Pork or Chicken

  2. 1 lb of Chives Chopped

  3. 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil

  4. 2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce

  5. 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce

  6. 1 tbsp of Ginger

  7. 1 tsp of Salt

  8. 1 tsp of White Pepper

  9. 50 Dumpling Wrappers

  10. [1 tsp of Chicken Powder]

Vegetarian

  1. 7 Eggs scrambled

  2. 2 tbsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

  3. 1 tsp of Mushroom Powder
