Cheese soufflé

Ingredients

  • 60 gr Flour

  • 40 cl Milk

  • Muscade

  • 4 Eggs

  • 150 gr Emmental

  • 60 gr Butter

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven 180 C

  2. Melt butter with flour, mix for 1h, add luke warm milk, whisk

  3. Put the egg yolk with the cheese, add salt, pepper and muscade

  4. Add the egg white

  5. Pour the mix

  6. Cook for 35 minutes
