Cheese soufflé
Ingredients
60 gr Flour
40 cl Milk
Muscade
4 Eggs
150 gr Emmental
60 gr Butter
Instructions
Pre-heat oven 180 C
Melt butter with flour, mix for 1h, add luke warm milk, whisk
Put the egg yolk with the cheese, add salt, pepper and muscade
Add the egg white
Pour the mix
Cook for 35 minutes
