Chili Oil

  1. 20 cloves of chopped Garlic

  2. 4 tbsp of Sichuan Peppercorn

  3. 25 whole Red Chilli

  4. 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Flakes

  5. 4 cups of Oil (I use grapeseed oil)

  6. 2.5 tbsp of Korean Chilli Flakes

  7. 2 Star Anise

  8. 2 Tbsp of Salt
